At Health Sense, we realize that a company is simply a collection of people who come together for a common purpose. The people at Health Sense work together to be an active part of the community of healthcare professionals who provide value driven, high quality, compassionate care at home.

Core Values

I CARE values began with the 2004 class of students attending the Santa Rosa Junior College EMS program. Since that time, many organizations, especially in the healthcare setting, recognize the universal application of I CARE values. At Health Sense, we’ve customized I CARE to represent the values that guide us through our daily work.

Integrity
We are honest and ethical in all we say and do. Integrity is the standard by which we make decisions and take actions, large and small, every day. At HEALTHSENSE, integrity is mandatory, not optional.

We embrace the whole person and respond to the emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of those we serve. We have a strong desire to help people to the best of our ability and act with kindness toward others.
