Denise Geraci, President
Denise Geraci’s background in financial and business management ensures that Health Sense Home Care operates with sound business and people practices. As President, her focus is to implement the vision of the CEO in a manner consistent with Health Sense Home Care’s core purpose and values. Denise believes firmly that for a business to be successful, it must do right by its people. As such, she strives to create a great place to work, hire the best, get them the tools they need to succeed, and get out of their way so they can focus on providing quality patient care.

Denise received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas. She began her professional career as the Financial Operations Principal for a regional financial services firm in 1999 and was later appointed Interim President of its investment advisory arm. In 2006, she joined forces with her husband, Rich Geraci, to help build the areas’ most successful home health rehab staffing company, Health Sense Therapy, which was acquired by a national healthcare staffing company in 2009.
