It’s been mighty dreary the last few days. Add to that an active week and a few additional stressors, like feeling poorly or family squabbles, and the week can feel like it is not going to come to an end…not soon enough anyway. So let’s do something to change the way our week is going.

You may be asking yourself, “Is he serious?” Well, yes, I am. Whether you consider it a karmic what-goes-around-comes-around or a devout do-unto-others, the fact is that when we do good things for other people, there are a number of chemicals that are released by that pharmacy in our heads we call a brain, and sure enough, the way we feel changes for the better.
